This project involved the demolition of an 18-storey residential tower located within the centre of a live residential estate.
The works required close coordination with the local authority and stakeholders to minimise disruption to neighbouring residents throughout the demolition process. Careful planning and communication ensured that the works were carried out safely while maintaining access and protecting the surrounding community.
The demolition was undertaken using a top-down deconstruction methodology, with the building fully encapsulated in scaffold and protective sheeting to provide a safe working environment and effectively control dust, noise, and debris throughout the project.
