Located on the A20 (Eltham Road), the Leegate Shopping Centre regeneration scheme is a major redevelopment project within the London Borough of Lewisham.

The project involved the demolition of an eight-storey tower located close to the site boundary, along with the removal of the surrounding retail units and associated car parks.

A key aspect of the project was the close liaison with utility providers and Transport for London (TfL) to coordinate service diversions, traffic management, and demolition activities. This collaborative approach ensured that the demolition and enabling works were carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the overall project programme.
